摘要
Tripartite motif(TRIM)在人类肿瘤中发挥着至关重要的作用,TRIM2作为TRIM家族重要成员之一,在肿瘤细胞中通过不同的机制和调控多种信号通路参与肿瘤的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡和耐药性.TRIM2在肿瘤中通常作为E3泛素连接酶起作用,可能是肿瘤诊断和预后的潜在标志物和治疗靶点.围绕TRIM2蛋白的结构、生物学作用及其在肿瘤发生发展中发挥的关键作用,探讨TRIM2作为肿瘤生物标志物和治疗靶点中的潜在作用.明确TRIM2在不同肿瘤中的表达水平与功能,可为肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供新的思路.
Tripartite moti(f TRIM)plays a crucial role in human tumors.As one of the important members of the TRIM family,TRIM2 is involved in tumor proliferation,migration,invasion,apoptosis and drug resistance through different mechanisms and regulation of multiple signaling pathways.TRIM2 usually functions as E3 ubiquitin ligase in tumorsandmay be a potential marker and therapeutic target for tumor diagnosis and prognosis.Focuses on the structure and biological role of TRIM2 protein and its key role in tumorigenesis and development,and explores the potential role of TRIM2 as a tumor biomarker and therapeutic target.To clarify the expression level and function of TRIM2 in different tumors can provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
