辅助理论课教学的NI虚拟实验开发

摘要 为了解决理论课教学中工程背景不足,实验器材落后,传统实验教学无法得到及时更新等问题,开发了基于Lab VIEW应用软件以旋转机械故障诊断为核心内容的NI虚拟实验平台,包括转子故障诊断、滚动轴承故障诊断和齿轮典型故障诊断等虚拟实验.实验平台既能够在理论教学或实验教学中实现旋转机械故障诊断的仿真和演示,也可以通过NI-DAQ的通用接口与测试系统和旋转机械实验台相连接,完成测试环境下实验数据的采集与分析和设备故障的在线诊断.NI虚拟实验平台能够支撑与测控相关的多门理论课程的教学,同时还可用于二次开发,为学生从事实验研究提供虚拟实验平台. In order to solve the lack of engineering background,backward experimental equipment,traditional experimental teaching not be updated in time,NI virtual experiment is developed with the core content of rotating machinery fault diagnosis based on LabVIEW software,including rotor fault diagnosis,rolling bearing fault diagnosis and gear typical fault diagnosis.The projects can not only be used to realize the simulation and demonstration of rotating machinery fault diagnosis in theoretical teaching or experimental teaching,but also connect with the test system and rotating machinery experiment equipment through the general interface of NI-DAQ.One step further,the collection and analysis of experimental data and the online faults diagnosis of the equipment in the test environment can achieve.NI virtual experiment platform can assist the teaching of some theoretical courses related to testing and control,and can also be used as a secondary development platform for students to engage in experimental research.
