摘要
目的验证新型锥头式宫腔输卵管造影管在临床应用中的可行性,并与传统宫腔输卵管造影管进行对比,探讨新型管的临床应用优势。方法对比分析2021年3月至7月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院选择传统宫腔输卵管造影管(38例)、新型锥头式宫腔输卵管造影管(38例)行“一站式”输卵管超声造影的患者,采用独立样本t检验比较2种造影管在”一站式”输卵管超声造影中置管时间和患者疼痛评分的差异,采用χ^(2)检验比较2种造影管置管成功率、宫腔完整显示率的差异,并比较其在诊断输卵管通畅性中的差异。结果与传统宫腔输卵管造影管比较,新型锥头式宫腔输卵管造影管置管时间短[(20.3±10.9)s vs(513.9±249.1)s]、置管成功率高(92.10%vs 68.40%)、患者疼痛评分低[(1.0±0.9)分vs(5.0±1.6)分]、宫腔完整显示率高(100%vs 63.20%),差异具有统计学意义(t=12.176,P<0.001;χ^(2)=6.728,P=0.035;t=12.957,P<0.001;χ^(2)=11.40,P=0.001),且两者在诊断输卵管通畅性中无差别。结论新型锥头式宫腔输卵管造影管在“一站式”输卵管超声造影检查中的应用效果明显优于传统宫腔输卵管造影管。
Objective To verify the feasibility of the clinical use of a new cone-head tube in hysterosalping constrast sonography(HyCoSy),and to explore its advantages by comparing with the traditional uterus radiography catheter.Methods A comparative analysis was performed in patients who received"one-step"HyCoSy from March 2021 to July 2021 with either traditional uterus radiography catheter(new tube group,n=38 cases)or new cone-head uterine tube(traditional tube group,n=38 cases).Independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences in tube insertion time and patients'pain scores in"one-step"tubal HyCoSy.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences in tube insertion success rate and whole uterine cavity display rate between the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional uterine salpingography tube,the new tube was associated with shorter tube insertion time[(20.3±10.9)s vs(513.9±249.1)s],higher tube insertion success rate(92.10%vs 68.40%),lower pain score[(1.0±0.9)points vs(5.0±1.6)points],and higher whole uterine cavity display rate(100%vs 63.20%),and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.176,P<0.001;χ^(2)=6.728,P=0.035;t=12.957,P<0.001;χ^(2)=11.40,P=0.001).Conclusion The new cone-head uterine tube has high value in HyCoSy and is worthy of further promotion in clinical use.
