老年人肌肉减少与代谢相关脂肪性肝病发生风险的相关性

Association between sarcopenia and risk of metabolic associated fatty liver disease among the elderly

目的:探讨代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)的相关危险因素及与肌肉减少的相关性。方法:选取2021年1月—12月在华东疗养院体检的779名健康体检的老年人为研究对象,分析MAFLD组和无MAFLD组老年人一般资料、体质指数(BMI)、人体成分和血清生化指标的差异,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨肌肉减少与MAFLD发生的关系。结果:上海市老年人MAFLD的患病率为34.9%(272/779)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病、高腹围、高三酰甘油、高天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌肉减少均是老年人MAFLD发生的危险因素(P<0.05),其中肌肉减少与MAFLD发生的相关性最高(OR=5.792,P<0.001)。结论:肌肉减少的老年人发生MAFLD风险高,提示在老年健康体检中需做好肌肉减少的筛查。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between sarcopenia and the risk of metabolic associated fatty liver(MAFLD)in the elderly in Shanghai.Methods:A total of 779 elderly health check-up subjects in Shanghai were randomly selected in the health examination center of Huadong Sanatorium from January to December 2021.General data,BMI,human composition index and serum biochemical parameters were analyzed,and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between sarcopenia and the occurrence of MAFLD.Results:The prevalence of MAFLD in the elderly in Shanghai was 34.9%(272/779).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes,high abdominal circumference,high TG and high ALT and sarcopenia were the risk factors for MAFLD in the elderly(P<0.05),sarcopenia had the highest correlation with MAFLD(OR=5.792,P<0.001).Conclusion:The elderly with sarcopenia are at high risk of developing MAFLD.Therefore,in the health examination of the elderly,attention should be paid to the screening for sarcopenia.
