苗族文化融入幼儿园特色课程建设:价值、困境与现实路径

苗族文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,同时具有优秀传统文化的共性与民族文化特性双重属性,将苗族文化融入幼儿园特色课程本身就具有重要的教育意义和实践价值。当前,苗族文化融入幼儿园特色课程过程中面临苗族文化与课程理念缺乏明确的关系认证,课程内容选择与组织忽视苗族文化的内在基因,脱离苗族文化的生活情境和实践场域,特色幼儿课程与苗族文化融合的媒介载体形式单一,教师专业素养不足等困境。打破苗族文化与特色课程的关系区隔,可从构建“生活—游戏—文化”一体化的幼儿园特色课程理念、唤醒课程开发主体的文化自觉、教育实践场域一体化、激活多元的课程载体、提升民族地区教师课程文化素养等路径着手,致力民族地区幼儿教育整体质量的提升。

Miao culture is an important part of China's excellent traditional culture,and correspondingly has the dual attributes of commonality and national cultural characteristics of excellent traditional culture,and integrating Miao culture into the characteristic curriculum of kindergarten itself has important educational significance and practical value.At present,in the process of integrating Miao culture into the characteristic curriculum of kindergartens,there is a lack of clear relationship certification between Miao culture and curriculum philosophy,the selection and organization of curriculum content ignores the inherent genes of Miao culture,the implementation is detached from the life situation and practice field of Miao culture,the media carrier form of the integration of characteristic kindergarten curriculum and Miao culture is single,and the professional quality of teachers is insufficient.To break the relationship between Miao culture and characteristic courses,we can start by building a“life-game culture”integrated kindergarten characteristic curriculum concept,awakening the cultural consciousness of the curriculum development subject,integrating educational practice fields,activating diversified curriculum carriers,and improving the cultural literacy of teachers in ethnic areas,and strive to improve the overall quality of pre-school education in ethnic areas.
