分析良性前列腺增生患者影像学特点与下尿路症状和睡眠质量的关系

To Analyze the Relationship between Imaging Features,Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms and Sleep Quality in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探究良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者MRI影像特点与其下尿路症状(LUTS)和睡眠质量之间的相关性。方法:回顾性分析福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的良性前列腺增生患者96例的MRI影像资料,计算中央带百分比,并分析其膀胱憩室、膀胱壁增厚等情况;通过国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行评估LUTS及睡眠。结果:中央带百分比与LUTS和睡眠质量均呈正相关(rs=0.448,0.401,均P<0.05),年龄、高值的中央带百分比和膀胱憩室是BPH患者LUTS、睡眠质量的影响因素。结论:BPH患者LUTS严重程度、高分的睡眠值,与年龄大、高值的中央带百分比及伴膀胱憩室有关。MRI定量测定可以辅助判断前列腺增生程度和尿路梗阻情况,而BPH患者的LUTS影响患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the correlation between MRI characteristics of Benign Prostatic Huperplasia(BPH)patients,Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms(LUTS)and sleep quality.Methods:MRI data of 96 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed,the percentage of central band was calculated,and the status of bladder diverticulum and bladder wall thickening were analyzed.LUTS and sleep were assessed using the International Prostate Symptom Scale(IPSS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI).Results:Central band percentage was positively correlated with LUTS and sleep quality(r s=0.448,0.401,all P<0.05).Age,high central band percentage and bladder diverticulum were the influencing factors of LUTS and Sleep Quality In BPH patients.Conclusion:The severity of LUTS and high sleep value in BPH patients are associated with old age,high central band percentage and bladder diverticulum.Quantitative MRI can assist in determining the degree of prostatic hyperplasia and urinary tract obstruction,and LUTS in BPH patients affect the sleep quality of patients.
