艾司唑仑联合百乐眠治疗睡眠障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study of Eszolam Combined with Paradise in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders

目的:探究艾司唑仑与百乐眠胶囊联合应用对睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁状态及血清因子的影响。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年1月北京市海淀区羊坊店街道翠微路社区卫生服务站收治的睡眠障碍患者120例作为研究对象,按照单双号信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予口服艾司唑仑治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合口服百乐眠胶囊治疗。比较分析2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后焦虑抑郁状态、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平以及睡眠质量情况。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组临床总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的81.7%(P<0.05);2组患者IL-1β、TNF-α和CRP检测数值均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与评分较治疗前均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者睡眠潜伏期、REM睡眠潜伏期、REM睡眠期比例、睡眠总时间均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司唑仑与百乐眠联用能够有效降低睡眠障碍患者血清炎性因子水平,改善抑郁焦虑情绪,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the combined application of Estazolam and Bailemian capsule on the quality,anxiety and depression state,and serum factors of patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 120 patients with sleep disorders admitted to General Branch of Cuiwei Road Community Health Service Station of Yangfangdian Subdistrict from November 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the odd-even envelope method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Esrazolam treatment,and the observation group was combined with oral Bellomium capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression,CRP,TNF-αand L-1βlevels before and after treatment,and sleep quality of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which is higher than the observation group with 81.7%(P<0.05).The values of IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP in 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the values in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).HAMD and HAMA scores of 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the scores of observation group were lower(P<0.05);Sleep latency,REM sleep latency,proportion of REM sleep and total sleep time in 2 groups were significantly improved,and the improvement was better in the observation group.Conclusion:The combination of Estazolam and Bellomium can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with sleep disorders,improve depression and anxiety,and improve sleep quality.
