右美托咪定辅助麻醉在青光眼合并白内障患者手术中对心率及睡眠的影响

The Effect of Dexmedetomidine Assisted Anesthesia on Heart Rate and Sleep in Glaucoma Patients with Cataract Surgery

目的:分析右美托咪定辅助麻醉在青光眼合并白内障患者手术中对心率及睡眠的影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2022年10月山东中医药大学附属眼科医院收治的青光眼合并白内障患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组输注等量生理盐水,观察组实施右美托咪定辅助麻醉,分别记录术前(T_(0))、给药后20 min(T_(1))、给药后40 min(T_(2))、手术结束(T_(3))各项指标进行比较分析。结果:2组T0时心率、术后不良反应发生率均无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)时心率明显低于对照组,观察组手术时间、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,观察组患者Ramsay镇静评分、满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在青光眼合并白内障患者手术中应用右美托咪定辅助麻醉,不仅可以提高镇静效果,还能更好地维持生命体征平稳,有利于缩短手术时间,同时不会增加术后不良反应,对患者术后睡眠功能影响较小,可以明显提升患者满意度,有较高应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effects of dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia on heart rate and sleep in patients with glaucoma and cataract undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with glaucoma and cataract who were admitted to the Ophthalmic Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received an equal amount of physiological saline infusion,while the observation group received dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia.The preoperative(T_(0)),20 minutes after administration(T_(1)),40 minutes after administration(T_(2)),and postoperative(T_(3))indicators were recorded for comparative analysis.Results:There was no significant difference in heart rate and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups at T_(0)(P>0.05).The heart rate of the observation group at T_(1),T_(2),and T_(3) was significantly lower than the control group,and the surgical time and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group.The Ramsay sedation score and satisfaction of the observation group patients were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine assisted anesthesia in glaucoma combined with cataract surgery can not only improve sedation effect,but also better maintain stable vital signs,shorten surgical time,and do not increase postoperative adverse reactions.It has a small impact on postoperative sleep function and can significantly improve patient satisfaction,with high application value.
