右佐匹克隆片与艾司唑仑片治疗肋骨骨折手术后睡眠障碍的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Right Zopiclone and Estazolam Tablets in the Treatment of Postoperative Sleep Disorders after Rib Fracture Surgery

目的:就肋骨骨折手术患者的睡眠问题给予解决,重点讨论右佐匹克隆片与艾司唑仑片治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年5月厦门市第五医院收治的肋骨骨折手术患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗,观察组采用右佐匹克隆片与艾司唑仑片治疗,比较干预结果。结果:从数据可见,观察组患者的不良情绪改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者睡眠质量较好,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)以及睡眠质量量表(SRSS)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最后,观察组患者疼痛度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肋骨骨折手术患者,实施右佐匹克隆片与艾司唑仑片治疗,不仅改善了患者的睡眠质量,对患者的不良心态和情绪问题给予了解决对策,具备一定推广和应用价值。

Objective:To address the sleep issues of patients undergoing rib fracture surgery,with a focus on discussing the therapeutic effects of dexzopiclone and estazolam tablets.Methods:A total of 80 patients with Rib fracture who were admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital for surgery from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estazolam tablets,and the observation group was treated with right Zopiclone tablets and Estazolam tablets,and the intervention results were compared.Results:From the data,it can be seen that the observation group has a better effect on improving negative emotions than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the sleep quality of patients in the observation group was better,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Sleep Quality Scale(SRSS)scores were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Finally,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing rib fracture surgery,the treatment of dexzopiclone and estazolam tablets not only improves their sleep quality,but also provides solutions to their negative psychological and emotional problems,which has certain promotion and application value.
