预防性护理结合睡眠指导对神经内科住院患者心理应激水平与睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Preventive Care Combined with Sleep Guidance on Psychological Stress Level and Sleep Quality in Neurology Inpatients

目的:研究神经内科住院患者应用预防性护理联合睡眠指导对其心理应激水平与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月厦门市某三级甲等综合性医院收治的神经内科住院患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行常规护理联合预防性护理与睡眠指导,比较2组心理应激水平、睡眠质量、意外事件发生情况及健康状况。结果:护理后,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及意外事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理联合睡眠指导可有效缓解患者心理应激状态,改善其睡眠质量与健康状况,减少意外事件发生。

Objective:To study the effect of preventive nursing combined with sleep guidance on the psychological stress level and sleep quality of hospitalized patients in Neurology.Methods:A total of 80 inpatients in Neurology admitted to a ClassⅢGradeⅠhospital in Xiamen from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)received routine nursing combined with preventive nursing and sleep guidance.The psychological stress level,sleep quality,accident occurrence and health status of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of the Psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the concise health survey scale(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the incidence of accidents were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing combined with sleep guidance can effectively alleviate patients′psychological stress state,improve their sleep quality and health status,and reduce the occurrence of unexpected events.
