护理干预对改善肿瘤患者焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improving Anxiety,Depression,and Sleep Quality in TumorPatients

目的:研讨护理干预对改善肿瘤患者焦虑抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肿瘤患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施护理干预,比较2组护理效果。结果:护理后观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量和睡眠障碍评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组肿瘤患者生命质量评分(QOL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预用于肿瘤患者中能改善其焦虑抑郁情绪和睡眠质量,提高生命质量,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improving anxiety,depression,and sleep quality in tumor patients.Methods:A total of 90 tumor patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received nursing interventions based on the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep quality and Sleep disorder score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life(QOL)score of tumor patients in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve anxiety,depression,sleep quality,and quality of life in cancer patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
