前瞻性护理对重症监护室清醒患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁的影响观察

Effect of Prospective Nursing on Sleep Quality,Anxiety and Depression of Conscious Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的:探究前瞻性护理对重症监护室清醒患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁的影响;方法:选取2020年7月至2022年9月泉州市第一医院收治的重症监护室清醒患者90例作为研究对象,按照其干预方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组接受前瞻性护理,对照组接受常规护理,对比2组患者护理前后睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁评分以及褪黑素水平变化。结果:护理前2组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表以及褪黑素水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量量表各维度及总分、焦虑自评量表得分、抑郁自评量表得分均明显低于对照组,褪黑素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症监护室清醒患者开展前瞻性护理可有效改善患者睡眠质量,改善其焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,同时还有助于提高其褪黑素水平,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of prospective nursing on sleep quality,anxiety and depression of conscious patients in intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 90 conscious patients admitted to the intensive care unit of Quanzhou First Hospital from July 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to their intervention methods,with 45 patients in each group.The observation group received prospective nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The changes of sleep quality,anxiety and depression scores,and Melatonin level before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale,Self rating Anxiety Scale,Self rating Depression Scale and Melatonin level of patients in the two groups were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the dimensions and total scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale,the scores of Self rating Anxiety Scale and Self rating Depression Scale of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the Melatonin level was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prospective nursing for awake patients in intensive care unit can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,improve their anxiety and depression and other adverse emotions,and also help to improve their melatonin level,which has good promotion and application value.
