优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的改善效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Sleep Quality in Patients with Gastric Cancer after Surgery

目的:研究优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的胃癌术后患者共80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理模式进行干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者的生命质量,并比较2组患者的胃肠功能状态。结果:干预后,2组患者的胃肠功能均有所改善,且观察组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胃癌术后患者采用优质护理干预,可显著改善患者胃肠功能,提高患者的睡眠质量、生命质量等,促进预后恢复,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and Sleep Quality In patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 80 postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.Pittsburgh sleep quality Index Scale was used to compare the difference in sleep quality between the two groups,self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups,and the quality of life of the two groups were compared by health survey Summary Form(SF-36)and the and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the gastrointestinal function of the two groups was improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and SF-36 score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-quality nursing intervention for gastric cancer patients after surgery can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients,and promote the recovery of prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
