分析快速康复护理干预对胃癌患者术后生命质量及睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Quality of Life and Sleep in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:分析快速康复护理干预对胃癌患者术后生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2020年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的胃癌手术患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复护理干预。比较2组患者干预前后恢复情况,采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)比较2组患者干预前后的生命质量,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用护理满意度NSNS量表比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、进食时间、排便时间、住院时间、PSQI评分均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组QLQ-C30评分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌患者开展快速康复护理,效果显著,可有效加快术后恢复,利于提高患者生命质量、睡眠质量和护理满意度,是一种科学、有效的护理方式,值得推广和使用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life and sleep in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 110 gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention.The recovery of patients before and after intervention was compared,QLQ-C30 was used to compare the Quality of life of patients before and after intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between the two groups before and after intervention.NSNS nursing satisfaction scale was used to compare nursing satisfaction of 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,feeding time,defecation time,PSQI scores and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P s<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with gastric cancer has significant effects,can effectively accelerate postoperative recovery,and is conducive to improving the quality of life,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients.It is a scientific and effective nursing method,worthy of promotion and use.
