癌痛护理对肺癌患者术后疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Cancer Pain Nursing on Postoperative Pain Degree and Sleep Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:探讨癌痛护理对肺癌患者术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2022年12月厦门大学附属中山医院肺癌患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34组。对照组实施传统的术后护理措施,观察组在术后实施癌痛护理措施。分析癌痛护理对术后疼痛和睡眠质量及满意度的影响。结果:护理后,观察组患者3 d、7 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者在护理后3 d、7 d的睡眠质量评分较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癌痛护理在肺癌术后疼痛管理和改善患者睡眠质量方面具有积极的临床应用价值。规范化的术后镇痛方案、护理干预措施以及心理支持等对于改善肺癌患者的术后疼痛和睡眠具有重要作用,而且提高了护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cancer pain nursing on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 68 patients with lung cancer in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received traditional postoperative nursing measures,and the observation group received postoperative nursing measures of cancer pain.To analyze the effect of cancer pain nursing on postoperative pain,sleep quality and satisfaction.Results:Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group at 3 and 7 days after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The sleep quality scores of observation group at 3 days and 7 days after nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cancer pain nursing has positive clinical application value in pain management and improving sleep quality of patients after lung cancer surgery.Standardized postoperative analgesia program,nursing intervention measures and psychological support play an important role in improving postoperative pain and sleep of lung cancer patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
