评价快速康复护理在改善甲状腺癌根治术患者术后睡眠质量的作用

To Evaluate the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality in Patients with Thyroid Cancer after Radical Surgery

目的:评价快速康复护理在改善甲状腺癌根治术患者术后睡眠质量的作用。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年厦门大学附属第一医院收治的甲状腺癌根治术患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,比较2组患者的康复情况及护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI各指标评分显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,观察组首次下床耗时、住院耗时、出院时疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:给予甲状腺癌根治术患者快速康复护理,效果较为理想,护理后患者睡眠质量改善显著,患者住院耗时、首次下床耗时均缩短,术后疼痛得到改善,护理满意度更高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on Sleep Quality In patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.Methods:A total of 82 patients with radical thyroidectomy treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2022 to 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention,and the rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the time spent getting out of bed for the first time,the time spent in hospital and the pain scores at discharge of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy has ideal effects.After nursing,the sleep quality of patients is significantly improved,the time spent in hospital and getting out of bed for the first time are shortened,the postoperative pain is improved,and the nursing satisfaction is higher,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
