摘要
为研究抗菌肽(肠杆菌肽、枯草三十七肽)、酸化剂(二甲酸钾+复合酸)、植物精油、单宁等替抗饲料添加剂不同组合对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和肠道组织形态的影响,本试验分成4个处理组,试验期25 d。结果表明:整个试验期间各组都没有出现仔猪腹泻的情况,各处理组的平均日采食量、平均日增重、料肉比、血清生化指标、肠道组织形态无显著差异(P>0.05);复合抗菌肽组皮毛指数较对照组、植物精油组、单宁组显著提高11.86%、11.08%、14.45%(P<0.05);复合抗菌肽组和植物精油组的IgG、IgM、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶、总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶等抗氧化指标显著高于对照组和单宁组(P<0.05),丙二醛含量则显著低于对照组和单宁组(P<0.05);复合抗菌肽组的效果更佳。在饲粮中添加不同组合的替抗方案都达到了预防仔猪腹泻的效果;在添加酸化剂(二甲酸钾+复合酸)和抗菌肽II(肠杆菌肽+枯草三十七肽)的饲粮中再额外添加植物精油或单宁对仔猪生长性能、肠道组织形态无显著影响;添加复合抗菌肽可以提高机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,还可以提高仔猪的皮毛指数。
To research the effects of different combinations of antimicrobial peptides(microcin,sublancin),acidifier(potassium diformate+complex acid),essenti al oils and tannins feed additives on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and intestinal tissue morphology of weaned piglets.The experiment was divided into 4 treatment groups,the trial period 25 days.The results showed that piglet diarrhea did not occur in all groups during the whole trial period.There were no significant difference on ADFI,ADG,FCR,serum biochemical and intestinal tissue morphology among the treatment groups(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the essential oils group and the tannin group,the fur index of the complex antimicrobial peptides group was significantly increased by 11.86%,11.08%and 14.45%(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in serum biochemical indexes such as TP,ALB,GLB,TC,HDL,LDL,UC,ALP,AN,etc.among the treatment groups(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the complex AMP group and the essential oils group significantly increased the serum antioxidant capacity such as IgG,IgM,GSH-PX,TAOC,CAT,significantly decreased the serum antioxidant capacity as MDA;the complex antimicrobial peptides group was best.Different combinations of antibiotic substitute in the diet all achieve the effect of preventing piglet diarrhea;The addition of plant essential oil or tannin to the diet supplemented with acidifier(potassium dicarboxylate+compound acid)and antimicrobial peptides II(microcin+sublancin)had no effect on the growth performance and intestinal tissue morphology of weaned piglets;The addition of complex antimicrdoid peptides could improve the immunity and antioxidant capacity of the weaned piglets,and improve the fur index of weaned piglets.
