摘要
随着居民生活水平的提高,食品安全问题愈发受到人们关注。文章基于细菌性食物中毒与微生物学检验的理论,对选取的样本进行PCR扩增方法检测并分析结果,指出了微生物学检验在防控细菌性食物中毒方面的应用,并论证了微生物学检验可以对食品安全问题进行更好的控制,希望通过该研究有效提高人们的生活质量。
With the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues are increasingly attracting people's attention.In today's rapidly developing economy,food poisoning incidents occur frequently,seriously endangering people's physical health and life safety.This paper is based on the theory of bacterial food poisoning and microbiological testing.PCR amplification method is used to detect selected samples and analyze the results.The application of microbiological testing in the prevention and control of bacterial food poisoning is pointed out,and it is demonstrated that microbiological testing can better control food safety issues and effectively improve people's quality of life.
