激光器温度控制电路软启动算法研究

摘要 为满足激光甲烷传感器在煤矿、天然气等工矿环境应用中6km的传输距离和测量精度,首先设计了一种基于激光吸收峰和工作温度的高精度双闭环负反馈温度控制系统,基于集成的TEC温控芯片开展PI补偿网络设计和系统稳定性、响应特性仿真分析,系统控制误差达减小到约±1.37‰,减小温控系统对激光甲烷传感器测量值的影响;提出了基于逐步迭代逼近的温控软启动算法,整机启动瞬态大电流由0.5A@12VDC减小到0.12A@12VDC,最远传输距离达到6km以上;为激光甲烷传感器在煤矿、天然气等工矿领域的全面推广应用提供了技术支撑。 In order to meet the 6km transmission distance and measurement accuracy of the laser methane sensor in coal mines,natural gas and other industrial and mining environments,a design method of a high-precision double-closed-loop negative feedback temperature control system based on laser absorption peak and working temperature was firstly proposed.Reduced to about±1.37‰,reducing the influence of the temperature control system on the measured value of the laser methane sensor.Carry out PI compensation network design and simulation analysis of system stability and response characteristics based on the integrated TEC temperature control chip.A temperature-controlled soft-start algorithm based on step-by-step iterative approximation is proposed,the transient high current of the whole machine is reduced to 0.12A@18VDC,and the longest transmission distance is more than 6km.A temperature-controlled soft-start algorithm based on step-by-step iterative approximation is proposed,the transient high current of the whole machine is reduced to 0.12A@18VDC,and the longest transmission distance is more than 6km.It provides technical support for the comprehensive promotion and application of laser methane sensor in coal,natural gas and other industrial and mining fields.
