摘要
目的:探讨多个生物标志物(BK)检测在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)早期诊断中的预测价值。方法:比较GDM组和非GDM组孕妇进行多个BK检测水平的差异,分析BK指标检测在GDM发生风险评估以及BK单一检测与联合检测对GDM早期预测的价值。结果:GDM组检测BK的水平均显著高于非GDM组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。HbA1C、Fer、hs-CRP和Hcy是GDM发生的独立危险因素。四项BK联合检测对GDM早期诊断的预测价值(如灵敏度、特异度等),均高于四项CM单一检测。结论:GDM孕妇血液中HbA1c、Fer、hs-CRP和HCY水平呈明显升高,其水平改变与GDM发生密切相关。联合检测能提高GDM的早期诊断预测价值,是GDM早期预测和诊断中较为理想的BK组合。
objective:To explore the predictive value of multiple biomarker(BK)tests in the early diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:The differences in the levels of multiple BK tests in pregnant women in the GDM group and the non-GDM group were compared,and the risk assessment of BK index detection in GDM and the value of BK single detection and combined detection for early prediction of GDM were analyzed.Results:The levels of BK detected in the GDM group were significantly higher than those in the non-GDM group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant.HbA1C,Fer,hs-CRP and Hcy are independent risk factors for the development of GDM.The predictive value(e.g.,sensitivity,specificity,etc.)of the four BK combined tests for the early diagnosis of GDM was higher than that of the four CM single tests.Conclusion:The levels of HbA1c,Fer,hs-CRP and HCY in the blood of pregnant women with GDM were significantly increased,and the changes in their levels were closely related to the occurrence of GDM.Combined detection can improve the early diagnosis and prediction value of GDM,and is an ideal combination of BK in early prediction and diagnosis of GDM.
