肺功能仪器指标及血清指标对BA与COPD的鉴别价值

The value of pulmonary function instrument to detect pulmonary diffusion function index and serum levels of PGD2,HPx,IL-25 in the differentiation of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析肺功能仪器指标及血清指标对支气管哮喘(BA)与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的鉴别价值。方法:BA患者76例,COPD患者82例,健康体检人群85例。分析血清指标,肺弥散功能指标对其的诊断价值。结果:联合检测前列腺素D2(PGD2)、血红素结合蛋白(HPx)、白细胞介素-25(IL-25)、弥散率(DLco/VA)和一氧化碳弥散(DLco)水平对BA与COPD的鉴别价值最高,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.950,敏感性为88.16%,特异性为90.24%。结论:肺功能仪器指标及血清指标联合检测对BA与COPD的鉴别价值较高。

Objective:To analyze the value of pulmonary function instrument and serum index in differentiating bronchial asthma(BA)from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:There were 76 patients with BA,82 patients with COPD and 85 healthy people.The diagnostic value of serum index and pulmonary dispersion function index were analyzed.Results:The combined detection of prostaglandin D2(PGD2),hemopexin(HPx),interleukin-25(IL-25),carbon monoxide lung/alveolar ventilation(DLco/VA)and diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide lung(DLco)levels had the highest value in differentiating BA from COPD,the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.950,and the sensitivity was 88.16%,the specificity was 90.24%.Conclusion:The combined determination of pulmonary function instrument and serum index was of high value in differentiating BA from COPD.
