5E模式对老年胆总管结石ERCP术后心理及治疗依从性的影响

The effect of the 5E model on psychological and treatment compliance after ERCP for common bile duct stones in the elderly

目的:探究5E模式对老年胆总管结石ERCP术患者心理状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法:回顾性分析阜阳市人民医院2020年3月-2021年3月收治的90例行胆总管结石ERCP术的老年患者资料,依据干预方案分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施5E模式。对比两组干预效果差异。结果:观察组的治疗依从性、干预三个月后的CD-RISC评分和SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:5E模式可改善老年胆总管结石ERCP术患者心理状态,提高生活质量及治疗依从性以及减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of 5E Intervention model on the psychological state and treatment compliance of elderly patients undergoing ERCP for choledocholithiasis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 90 elderly patients who underwent ERCP for common bile duct stones admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021.They were divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45)according to the Intervention plan.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received 5Emode on the basis of the control group.Compare the differences in Intervention outcomes between the two groups.Result:The treatment compliance,CD-RISC score,and SF-36 score of the observation group after three months of intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 5E care model improves the psychological status of elderly patients undergoing ERCP for common bile duct stones,improves quality of life and treatment compliance as well as reduces the occurrence of complications.
