神经外科重症患者使用改良降温冰枕的临床降温效果分析

Analysis of clinical cooling effect of modified cooling ice pillow for severe patients in neurosurgery department

目的:探究神经外科重症患者使用改良降温冰枕的降温效果。方法:选取本院收治的神经外科重症患者120例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用传统冰枕,观察组采用改良降温冰枕。比较两组患者冰枕易固定率、降温效果、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组易固定率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组冰枕使用30mim、60min的体温以及治疗后的NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良降温冰枕应用方便,可改善神经功能,快速达到降温效果,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the cooling effect of modified cooling ice pillow in severe neurosurgery patients.Methods:A total of 120 severe neurosurgical patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was cooled by traditional ice pillow,and the observation group was cooled by improved ice pillow.The rate of easy fixation of ice pillow,cooling effect,NIHSS score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The easy fixation rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body temperature at 30 min and 60 min of ice pillow use and NIHSS score after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The improved cooling ice pillow is convenient to use,which can improve the neurological function of patients,quickly achieve the cooling effect and improve the clinical efficacy.
