探索小儿腕带佩戴依从性影响因素及腕带改良应用效果

To explore the influencing factors of children's wrist strap wearing compliance and the effect of improved wrist strap application

目的:探究影响小儿腕带佩戴依从性的因素并分析腕带改良方法的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月本院收治患儿206例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各103例。结果:研究组患儿住院当天、第3天及出院时的腕带佩戴依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>12个月、腕带周长>12cm及使用改良腕带为小儿腕带佩戴依从性的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:患儿的年龄、腕带周长及腕带类型为小儿腕带佩戴依从性的主要影响因素。

Objective:Explore the factors that affect the compliance of children's wristbands and analyze the application effects of the improved methods of wristbands.Methods:206 children hospitalized in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 103 cases in each group.Results:The compliance rate of wristband wearing in the study group on the day of hospitalization,the third day and discharge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age>12 months,girth of wrist strap>12cm and use of improved wrist strap were protective factors for children's wrist strap wearing compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The child’s age,wristband circumference,and wristband type are the main influencing factors for the compliance of children’s wristbands.
