自我调节联合健康教育在溃疡性结肠炎患者自我管理中的应用

摘要 目的:探索和分析自我调节联合健康教育方法在溃疡性结肠炎患者自我管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年5月郑州市第一人民医院收治的96例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者采用常规健康教育方法进行干预,观察组则在对照组基础上添加自我调节方法进行干预。评价患者焦虑自评量表SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分值、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating AnxietyScale,SAS)SAS评分值、自我管理能力评分值、治疗总依从率值。结果:干预后观察组溃疡性结肠炎患者的焦虑SDS评分值、抑郁SAS评分值较对照组溃疡性结肠炎患者的焦虑SDS评分值、抑郁SAS评分值有了较大幅度的降低(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的自我管理环境评分值、自我管理行为评分值、自我管理认知评分值分别优于对照组患者的自我管理环境评分值、自我管理行为评分值、自我管理认知评分值(P<0.05);经过干预后观察组溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗依从性较对照组患者好,观察组患者的治疗总依从率值和对照组患者的治疗总依从率值相比较有一定程度的提高(P<0.05)。医疗服务满意度中,观察组基础护理满意度、情绪干预满意度、服务态度满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者给予自我调节联合健康教育护理方法后可以较好的提高患者的自我管理能力,患者的焦虑及抑郁负性情绪得到较大的改善,同时还可以促进患者治疗依从性的提高,具有较好的推广前景。 Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of self-regulation combined with health education in the self-management of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022 in Zhengzhou First People's Hospital,96 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected as the research and test subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into 2 groups of 48 cases each,and the control group of patient’s Routinehealth education methods were given to intervene,while the observation group was added self-regulation method on the basis of the control group.The anxiety SDS score,depression SAS score,self-management ability score,and total treatment compliance rate were evaluated.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety SDS score and depression SAS score of ulcerative colitis patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the ulcerative colitis patients in the control group(P<0.05);The self-management environment score,self-management behavior score,and self-management cognition score of the observation groupafter the intervention were better than the self-management environment score,self-management behavior score and self-management cognition score of the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the treatment compliance of patients with ulcerative colitis in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the overall treatment compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.increased(P<0.05).In the satisfaction of medical service,the satisfaction of basic nursing,emotional intervention and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-regulation combined with health education and nursing method for patients with ulcerative colitis can better improve the self-management ability of the patients,greatly improve the anxiety and negative emotions of the patients,and also promote the improvement of the patients'treatment compliance.It has good promotion prospects.
