TVCDS联合MRI检查对瘢痕妊娠诊断准确率的影响

Effects of TVCDS combined with MRI on the diagnostic accuracy of cicatricial pregnancy

目的:探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声(Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,TVCDS)联合磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查对瘢痕妊娠诊断价值及临床意义。方法:选取我院2017年3月至2020年6月期间疑似瘢痕妊娠患者87例,均行TVCDS检查、MRI检查。采用诊断四格表统计TVCDS检查、MRI检查瘢痕妊娠的检查结果并比较诊断准确率、漏诊率、误诊率及TVCDS影像学表现。结果:MRI检查瘢痕妊娠准确率高于TVCDS检查,漏诊率、误诊率低于TVCDS检查(P<0.05);联合检查漏诊率低于MRI、TVCDS检查,准确率高于MRI、TVCDS检查(P<0.05)。结论:TVCDS能准确区分瘢痕妊娠不同类型,而联合MRI能提高诊断准确率,减少漏诊,可作为临床诊断瘢痕妊娠诊断、病情评估的可靠手段,为临床提供参考依据。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCDS)combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in cicatricial pregnancy.Methods:A total of 87 patients with suspected scar pregnancy in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2020 were selected and examined by TVCDS and MRI.The results of the TVCDS examination and MRI examination of cicatricial pregnancy were countedby using four diagnostic tables,and the diagnostic accuracy,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate,and TVCDS imaging performance were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of MRI in detecting cicatricial pregnancy was higher than that of TVCDS,and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis was lower than that of TVCDS(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of combined examination was lower than that of MRIand TVCDS,and the accuracy rate was higher than that of MRI and TVCDS(P<0.05).Conclusion:TVCDS can accurately distinguish different types of cicatricial pregnancy,and combined MRI can improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce missed diagnosis,which can be used as a reliable means for clinical diagnosis of cicatricial pregnancy and evaluation of the condition,and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.
