复元活血汤加减辅助治疗对创伤性骨折内固定治疗后临床症状及骨折愈合的影响

Effects of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for adjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms and fracture healing in traumatic fractures after internal fixation

目的:观察复元活血汤加减辅助治疗对创伤性骨折内固定治疗后临床症状及骨折愈合的影响。方法:选取于2019年6月至2021年12月本院收治的人工关节置换术患者70例,随机将患者分为观察组35例和对照组35例。对照组接受常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上复元活血汤加减辅助治疗,均治疗3m,比较两组治疗后临床疗效及肿胀和疼痛症状消失时间、住院及骨折愈合时间;采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,FMAS)量表评估患者运动功能,采用日常生活能力(activities of daily living,ADL)量表评估患者生活能力;统计术后骨感染、骨不连等发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率97.14%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状消失时间、住院及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FMAS评分和ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者骨感染、骨不连等发生率2.86%低于对照组患者的17.14%(P<0.05)。结论:复元活血汤加减辅助治疗可以缓解创伤性骨折内固定治疗后的临床症状,加快术后恢复,减少骨感染、骨不连等术后并发症的发生,提高日常生活能力。

Objective:To observe the effects of modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction foradjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms and fracture healing in traumatic fractures after internal fixation.Methods:A total of 70 patients undergoing total joint replacement in the hospital were enrolled between June 2019 and December 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The control group was given routine comprehensive treatment,while observation group was additionally given modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction.All were treated for 3 months.The clinical curative effect after treatment,disappearance time of swelling and pain symptoms,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were comparedbetween the two groups.The motor function was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMAS).The living ability was evaluated by activity of daily living scale(ADL).Theoccurrence of bone infection and bone nonunion in both groups werestatistically analyzed.Results:The total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(97.14%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FMAS and ADL scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bone infection and nonunion in observation group were lower than that in control group(2.86%vs 17.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for adjuvant therapy can relieve clinical symptoms in traumatic fractures after internal fixation,acceleratepostoperative recovery,reducethe occurrence of postoperative complications(bone infection,bone nonunion)and improveactivities of daily living.
