CRP、D-D、PCT检测在儿童支原体肺炎诊断中的应用研究

Application of CRP,D-D,and PCT in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(C-reactionprotein,CRP)、D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)检测在儿童支原体肺炎诊断中的应用。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年7月我院接收的95例支原体肺炎患儿为研究组,同期选取100例体检健康儿童为对照组,采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法、免疫比浊法进行血清CRP、D-D、PCT水平检测,比较两组结果变化。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患儿CRP、D-D、PCT水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且与支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumonia,MPP)病情程度呈正相关,同时CRP、D-D、PCT间呈线性相关;ROC曲线分析结果显示,相比单项检查,3项联合检查灵敏度、准确度及AUC值较高,特异度较低(P<0.05)。结论:儿童支原体肺炎的发生、发展与血清CRP、D-D、PCT异常表达相关,临床中可通过监测CRP、D-D、PCT水平对儿童支原体肺炎病情程度做出评定。

Objective:To explore the application of C-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer(D-D),and procalcitonin(PCT)testsin the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:Ninety-five children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study group,and 100 healthy children in the physical examination were selected as the control group during the same period.Serum CRP,D-D,and PCT levels were detected by double antibody ELISA and immunoturbidimetry,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of CRP,D-D,and PCT in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and were positively correlated with the severity of Mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP),while CRP,D-D,and PCT were linearly correlated.The ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity,accuracy,and AUC value of the three combined examinations were higher than those of a single examination,but the specificity was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence and pathological progress of mycoplasma pneumonia in children may be related to the abnormal expression of serum CRP,D-D,and PCT.CRP,D-D,and PCT levels can be monitored to evaluate the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
