摘要 Development of radiopharmaceuticals for in vivo positron emission tomography imaging of alpha-synuclein aggregates has the potential to revolutionize Lewy body disease diagnosis and treatment.Reporting in this issue of Cell,Xiang et al.developed a high-affinity positron emission tomography tracer foralpha-synuclein.
