The Value Evolution and Valuable Experience of the CPC’s Ethnic Cadres Training Policy——Centered around Teacher Policies

教师是培养民族干部的重要战略资源,直接关系到民族干部培养的质量。回顾中国共产党民族干部培养教师政策的发展历程,主要可以分为探索实践期、初步发展与破坏期、恢复与快速发展期、逐步完善期四个阶段,该政策的价值嬗变主要体现在培养质量、需求层次、专兼比例、培养途径等方面,该政策的宝贵经验对当前民族干部培养教师政策的完善仍具有很强的借鉴意义。

Teachers are an important strategic resource for training ethnic minority cadres,which is directly related to the quality of training ethnic cadres.Reviewing the development process of the CPC’s policy of culti⁃vating teachers for ethnic cadres,it can be divided into four stages:the exploration and practice period,the initial development and destruction period,the recovery and rapid development period,and the gradual improvement pe⁃riod.The value evolution of the policy is mainly reflected in the quality of training,the level of demand,the pro⁃portion of full-time and part-time teachers,and the training approach.The valuable experience of this policy still has a strong reference significance for the improvement of the current policy of training teachers for ethnic cadres.
