溯源与解读:教学学术即民族地区高校教师发展的重要转向

摘要 教学学术作为平衡民族地区高校教师“教学者”与“研究者”双重职业身份的突破口,为新时代民族地区高校教师队伍建设回答如何平衡教学与学术提供了新的范式。从教学与学术的辩证关系看,教学成于学术,教学工作在学术科研中得以发展,且致力于学术科研的改善。随着教学学术在美国大学教学领域的起源,对我国教学学术的发展产生了一定影响。基于此,教学学术的内涵集中体现了“四个统一”:理论与实践的统一,求知与育人的统一,特殊与普遍的统一,个体与社会的统一。教学学术是对教学工作与学术科研的超越,一定程度上代表了民族地区高校教师发展的重要转向。 As a breakthrough to balance the dual professional identities of“teacher”and“researcher”of teachers in ethnic universities,scholarship of teaching provides a new paradigm for the construction of teachers in the new era to balance teaching and academic.From the dialectical relationship between teaching and academ⁃ic,teaching becomes academic,teaching work develops in academic research,and is committed to the improve⁃ment of academic research.With the origin of scholarship of teaching in American university teaching field,it has a certain influence on the development of scholarship of teaching in our country.Based on this,the connota⁃tion of scholarship of teaching embodies the“four unities”:the unity of theory and practice,the unity of knowl⁃edge and education,the unity of special and universal,and the unity of individual and society.Scholarship of teaching is beyond teaching work and academic research,and to some extent,it represents an important turn of the development of university teachers for nationalities.
