创新型乡村振兴人才培养视角下民族地区高校科研教学互动机制研究

Research on the Interactive Mechanism of Scientific Research and Teaching in Universities in Minority Areas from the Perspective of Cultivating Innovative Talents for Rural Revitalization

民族地区是乡村振兴战略实施的重点区域,创新型人才是乡村振兴的重要支撑。高校作为创新人才培养的基地,主要通过教学与科研的互动融合培养创新型人才,但当前教师的科研教学评价机制不均衡、高校对于本科生科研活动投入不足及高校与企业、社会组织、政府部门的合作平台搭建不完善,限制了创新型人才培养的驱动力、推动力和拉动力。本文从对创新型人才培养的现状、存在的问题出发,提出构建民族地区高校科研教学互动的“利益均衡”评价机制,教师、学生、科研团队科研的激励机制,高校与企业及社会组织、政府部门的合作机制,科研教学互动的融合机制,以促进培育创新型乡村振兴人才。

Ethnic minority areas are the key areas for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural revitalization needs the support of innovative talents.As a base for the cultivation of innovative talents,col⁃leges and universities cultivate innovative talents through the interactive integration of teaching and scientific re⁃search.However,the evaluation mechanism of teachers’scientific research teaching is not balanced,the invest⁃ment of universities to undergraduates’scientific research activities is insufficient,and the cooperation platform between universities and enterprises,social organizations and government departments is not perfect,and it limits the driving force,thrust and pulling power of the cultivation of innovative talents.Based on the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of innovative talents,this paper proposes to construct the“interest bal⁃ance”evaluation mechanism for the interaction of scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities in minority areas,the incentive mechanism for teachers,students and research teams,the cooperation mechanism be⁃tween colleges and universities,enterprises,social organizations and government departments,and the integration mechanism for the interaction of scientific research and teaching,so as to promote the cultivation of innovative ru⁃ral revitalizing talents.
