面向教师在线教研的微课程开发策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 在线教研是一种新型的促进教师专业成长的教师研修活动,但在开展在线教研过程中却存在教师参与度低、教师教研团体黏性低和开展在线教研功利性强等问题。微课程作为常见的一种数字化学习资源,是提高教师开展在线教研能力的有效知识传播载体。本研究构建了面向教师的微课程设计与开发模型,以期为面向教师的微课程设计开发提供理论参考;并据此设计开发了“在线教研开展指南”微课程,为中小学教师提高在线教研开展能力提供学习资源参考。 Online teaching and research is a new way of teacher training activity to promote the professional growth of teachers.However,there are some problems in the process of teachers’online teaching and research,such as low participation of teachers,low stickiness of teachers’teaching and research groups,and strong utilitarian trend of online teaching and research activities.Micro-course,as a common digital learning resource,can be used as an effective knowledge dissemination carrier to improve teachers’professional ability.In this study,a teacher-oriented micro-course design and development model is constructed,in order to provide theoretical references for design and development of the teacher-oriented micro-course.Based on this,the micro-course of“Developing Online Teaching and Research Guidance”is designed and developed,which provides learning resources for primary and middle school teachers to improve their ability of developing online teaching and research.
