Construction of Teachers’Professional Ethics in Colleges and Universities with the Help of Fine Traditional Chinese Culture

高校教师的师德师风建设,关系着学生价值观的走向,进而影响着社会发展力量的方向,其重要性不言而喻。中华优秀传统文化是我国璀璨的智慧宝库,是每一位教师立德修身的源头活水。以中华优秀传统文化促进高校师德师风建设,既彰显了我国民族特色,也展示了民族文化自信。该文先阐释了高校师德师风建设的重要性与必要性,进一步从社会、教师、学生层面对师德师风提出要求,再从中华优秀传统文化中寻找经典智慧,与现实中的高校师德师风建设相结合,提出了合理可行的传统文化助力路径,为高校师德师风的建设提供借鉴性思路。

The construction of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities is related to the direction of students’values,and then affects the direction of social development forces.Its importance cannot be overstated.The fine traditional Chinese culture is the treasure house of our country’s bright wisdom,and it is the source of every teacher’s morality and self-cultivation.Promoting the construction of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities with fine traditional Chinese culture not only highlights the national characteristics of our country,but also demonstrates the cultural confidence of the nation.This paper first explains the importance and necessity of the construction of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities,and further puts forward requirements for teachers’professional ethics from the aspects of society,teachers and students,and then seeks classic wisdom from fine traditional Chinese culture,which is combined with the construction of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities in the real society to put forward a reasonable and feasible path with the help of fine traditional culture,in order to provide reference ideas for the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities.
