基于“强师计划”的师范教育类课程思政路径探索——以“小学语文教学与研究”课程为例

摘要 “强师计划”背景下,师范教育作为中小学师资培养的基础环节,应当将提升师范生的思想政治素质、师德师风水平和教育教学能力作为课程思政的中心任务。该文以师范教育类课程“小学语文教学与研究”为例,对标“强师计划”,尝试从课程定位、思政元素和实施路径出发,探索以“工具性与人文性的统一”为性质的课程定位,挖掘师范教育类课程以德树人、以美育人、以文化人“三位一体”的思政元素,形成以多元主体协同育人的课程思政实施路径。 Under the background of the Strengthening Teachers Plan,the curriculum of teacher education should take the promotion of the ideological and political quality of normal students,the level of teacher ethics and teaching ability as the central task.Taking Primary School Chinese Teaching and Research as an example,benchmarking the Strengthening Teachers Plan,this paper tries to explore the curriculum orientation of“unity of instrumentality and humanity”,develop the three-in-one ideological and political elements of“moral education,aesthetic education and cultural education”for normal education courses,and form the path of implementing ideological and political education in specialized courses based on collaborative education of multiple subjects.
