乙醇代替丙酮配置显色剂测定水中六价铬

Determination of hexavalent chromium in water by ethanol instead of acetone with color developing agent

摘要 在国标法GB/T 7467—1987《水质六价铬的测定二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法》的实验中,使用无水乙醇代替丙酮配置二苯碳酰二肼显色剂,与国标法相比较,测定结果无显著性差异,在检出限、精密度和准确度方面均能够达到国标法测定六价铬的质量保证要求。 In the experiment of GB/T 7467-1987"Determination of hexavalent chromium in water quality spectrophotometric method",ethanol is used instead of acetone to prepare diphenyl carbamide dihydrazine color developing agent.Compared with the national standard method,there is no significant difference in the determination results.It meets the quality assurance requirements of the national standard method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in terms of detection limit,precision,and accuracy.
