A New Approach to the Construction of Experimental Technology Teams in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of " Double First Class"

本文通过对高职实验技术队伍现状和存在的问题进行分析研究,针对不利于实验室建设和发展的因素提出几点建议,旨在调动实验技术人员的积极性,稳定实验技术队伍,充分发挥实验室在人才培养中应有的作用,推动学院“双一流”建设目标早日实现。

This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing problems of the experimental technology team in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward several suggestions for factors that are not conducive to laboratory construction and development.The aim is to mobilize the enthusiasm of experimental technology personnel,stabilize the experimental technology team,fully play the role of the laboratory in talent cultivation,and promote the early realization of the"Double First Class"construction goal of the college.
