光学镀膜洁净生产线的设计与优化

摘要 光学薄膜生产线各工序的洁净度应根据洁净度对工序质量的影响程度来确定,并将相近工序置于同一空调系统。一个面积较大的洁净生产线必然由多个空调系统构成,物料流转对各系统的洁净度有重要影响,因此生产线布局应尽可能做到单向流。整个洁净镀膜生产线还应考虑施工成本和运行成本,在保障基本要求的前提下进行全面优化。 The cleanliness of each process in the optical film production line should be determined based on the degree of impact of cleanliness on process quality,and similar processes should be placed in the same air conditioning system.A large clean production line is inevitably composed of multiple air conditioning systems,and material flow has a significant impact on the cleanliness of each system.Therefore,the layout of the production line should strive to achieve one-way flow as much as possible.The entire clean coating production line should also consider construction and operating costs,and be comprehensively optimized while ensuring basic requirements.
