Research on the Development of Undergraduate Programs in Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in Anhui Province in the New Era

新时代中外合作办学已进入提质增效阶段。长三角作为我国对外开放的新高地,构建教育协作发展新格局,为安徽省高等教育中外合作办学发展提供了历史性机遇。统计了长三角三省一市本科及以上办学项目数据,分析了安徽省中外合作办学本科项目发展存在的主要问题:长三角地区项目区域分布不均衡;省域资源差异严重分化;安徽省在规模层次和战略意识等方面比较落后等。探讨了其未来的发展路径:在“十四五”期间,政府部门和高校要进一步解放思想,充分利用长三角辐射作用,积极融入长三角区域合作,突出地方特色,促进本科及以上办学项目发展,为推进区域高等教育国际化发挥积极作用。

In the new era,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has entered the stage of improving quality and efficiency.As a new highland of China′s opening up,the Yangtze River Delta has built a new pattern of educational cooperation and development,providing a historic opportunity for the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running higher education in Anhui Province.This paper analyzes the statistical data of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in three provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta,and finds the current problems:the regional distribution of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in the Yangtze River Delta is not balanced;the provincial resource difference is seriously differentiated;Anhui Province lags behind in terms of scale,level,and strategic consciousness,etc..During the"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"period,Anhui Province needs to further emancipate its mind and make full use of the radiation of the Yangtze River Delta to actively integrate the regional cooperation,highlight local characteristics,promote the development of undergraduate and above programs,and play a positive role in promoting the internationalization of regional higher education.
