安徽省采煤沉陷区生态修复治理存在问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Restoration in Coal Mining Subsidence Areas in Anhui Province

采煤沉陷区生态修复对推动煤炭资源型城市绿色转型和高质量发展具有重要意义。本文分析了安徽省采煤沉陷区的现状,梳理了近年来国家和安徽省级层面出台的相关法规政策规划等文件,为正确理解和准确把握政策要求、科学制定工作计划和生态修复措施提供参考。分析了安徽省采煤沉陷区生态治理存在的问题,主要包括:修复任务重,资金投入缺口大,监督管理机制不健全,生态治理技术有待提升等,并从政府、矿企、科研、资金等方面提出了应对举措。

The ecological restoration of coal mining subsidence area has great significance to promote the green transformation and high-quality development of coal resource-based cities.This paper analyzed the current situation of coal mining subsidence areas in Anhui Province,sort out the relevant laws,regulations and policy plans issued by the state and Anhui Province in recent years,and provided reference for correctly understanding and accurately grasping policy requirements,scientifically formulating work plans and ecological restoration measures.In addition,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the ecological management of coal mining subsidence areas in Anhui Province,mainly including heavy repair tasks,large capital investment gap,imperfect supervision and management mechanism,and ecological management technology to be improved,and put forward countermeasures from the aspects of government,mining enterprises,scientific research and funds.
