汽车扩散器的降阻研究

摘要 应用CFD(计算流体力学)仿真计算方法,分别以3款SUV车型上的外CAS面和整车数据为基础,对影响风阻系数的重要因素“扩散器上翘角”和“下斜角”进行了研究。研究发现,随着扩散器上翘角逐渐增大,风阻系数在CAS面仿真中呈现出先减小后增大的变化,而在整车数据仿真中风阻系数呈现逐渐减小的变化;随着扩散器下斜角逐渐增大,风阻系数在整车数据仿真中呈现逐渐增大的变化。该研究结果可为后续整车风阻性能的开发提供参考,具有一定的指导意义。 Using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulation methods,the study on the important factor affecting the drag coefficient,the upswept angle and the bevel of the diffuser,is conducted based on the exterior CAS surface and overall vehicle data of three SUV models.The study reveals that as the upswept angle of the diffuser increases,the drag coefficient shows a decrease followed by an increase in the CAS surface simulation,while in the overall vehicle data simulation,the drag coefficient shows a gradual decrease.On the other hand,as the bevel of the diffuser increases,the drag coefficient shows a gradual increase in the overall vehicle data simulation.These research findings can provide reference and guidance for the development of the overall vehicle drag performance,and have certain significance.
