探讨在中医内科治疗脾胃病中行柴胡疏肝散对其治疗有效率及临床效果

To Explore the Effective Rate and Clinical Effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析脾胃病的中医内科实施柴胡疏肝散治疗的效能以及对患者症状、胃肠功能、生活质量等指标的改善效能。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月期间我科收治的100例脾胃病,依据患者的门诊时间顺序对其进行编号,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,对照组实施对症西药,观察组在对照组的基础上联合柴胡疏肝散,对照两组患者的。结果治疗后,观察组患者的PGⅠ、PGⅡ、MTL高于对照组,CCK低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、胃部灼热、大便稀溏、反酸、神疲倦怠证候积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脾胃病的中医内科实施柴胡疏肝散治疗可显著改善患者的胃肠功能表达,改善患者的炎症,缓解症状,继而提升患者的生活质量,具有重要应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and the improvement of symptoms,gastrointestinal function,quality of life and other indicators.Methods Select 100 cases of spleen and stomach diseases in our department from January 2022 to December 2022,and number them according to the order of admission time.The odd number is the control group,and the even number is the observation group.The control group is given symptomatic western medicine,and the observation group is combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder on the basis of the control group,and the patients of the two groups are compared.Results After treatment,the levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡand MTL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CCK in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,PCT,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom scores of epigastric pain,abdominal distension,stomach burning,loose stool,acid regurgitation and heartburn,and mental fatigue in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating spleen and stomach diseases with Chaihu Shugan Powder can significantly improve the expression of gastrointestinal function,improve inflammation,relieve symptoms,and then improve the quality of life of patients,which has important application value.
