补阳还五汤加减治疗对气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者的临床研究

Clinical Study on Buyang Huanwu Decoction in Treating Stroke Sequela of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的观察临床上对气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者展开治疗,选择施用补阳还五汤加减治疗措施干预的效果。方法本次研究的研究对象,由福建省福州市闽清县池园中心卫生院随机数字表法选取,2022年1月至2023年1月阶段内接受诊治的80例气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者,划分为观察组、对照组各40例。此次研究中的观察组受试者,补阳还五汤加减治疗为具体的干预措施,对照组受试者,常规西药治疗为具体的干预措施。结束干预之后,比对试验对象之间的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生概率、生活质量测量值。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生概率比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量测量值比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗投入临床气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者治疗中,所得干预的评估结果更好。在实施治疗之后,患者的症状得到较好的改善,且发生不良反应的次数得到有效的减少,其自身的生活质量得到一定的提升,值得被临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical treatment of stroke sequela patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to choose the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction.Methods The subjects of this study were randomly selected from Chiyuan Central Health Center,Minqing County,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,and 80 patients with stroke sequelae of qi deficiency and blood stasis were treated from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in each group.In this study,the subjects in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction as specific intervention measures,while the subjects in the control group were treated with routine western medicine as specific intervention measures.After the intervention,the total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the measured values of quality of life were compared among the test subjects.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life measurement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction has been applied to the treatment of stroke sequela of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the evaluation result of the intervention is better.After the implementation of the treatment,the patients'symptoms have been better improved,and the number of adverse reactions has been effectively reduced,and their own quality of life has been improved to some extent,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
