院内全程优质护理联合院外微信延续护理在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of In-hospital High-quality Nursing Combined with Out-of-hospital WeChat Continuous Nursing in Patients Undergoing Radical Mastectomy

目的探究分析乳腺癌根治术患者行院内全程优质护理联合院外微信延续护理的应用效果。方法病例样本择取自本院收治76例乳腺癌根治术患者,入院时间为2022年1月至2022年12月,依据病历号单双数分为研究组(n=38)、对照组(n=38)。对照组患者为一般性护理,研究组患者为院内全程优质护理联合院外微信延续护理,比较两组并发症发生率、健康知识掌握评分、护理依从性、生活质量评分。结果研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);出院后研究组患者健康知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05);出院后研究组患者护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);出院后研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术患者行院内全程优质护理联合院外微信延续护理可降低并发症发生率,提高健康知识掌握评分及护理依从性,改善生活质量,具有推广应用价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of in-hospital high-quality nursing and out-of-hospital WeChat continuous nursing for patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods Case samples were selected from 76 patients with radical breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and were divided into study group(n=38)and control group(n=38)according to the medical record numbers.The patients in the control group were general nursing,and the patients in the study group were in-hospital high-quality nursing combined with out-of-hospital WeChat continuous nursing.In the two groups,the incidence of complications,health knowledge,nursing compliance,and quality of life score were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The health knowledge score in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The QOL score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving in-hospital high-quality nursing and out-of-hospital WeChat extended nursing for patients undergoing radical mastectomy can reduce the incidence of complications,improve health knowledge mastery scores and nursing compliance,and improve the quality of life,which has promotion and application value.
