高龄胆结石患者围手术期的护理措施与效果探析

目的探讨高龄胆结石患者围手术期的护理措施与效果。方法研究对象为2018年11月至2019年11月在我院收治的90例老年患者,均确诊为胆结石,采用编号分组的方法,分为两组,例数均为45例,奇数和偶数编号分别为对照组和观察组。全部患者均接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,其中对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在这一基础上采取围手术期优质护理干预。经过护理干预后比较两组患者手术相关指标(首次排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间)。将两组患者围手术期并发症发生情进行比较。比较护理满意度。结果两组手术相关指标差异显著,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期对高龄胆结石患者实施优质护理干预效果理想,有助于促进术后恢复,降低并发症发生率,为患者的健康康复提供保障,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床采纳。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures and effects for elderly patients with gallstones.Method The study subjects were 90 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,all of whom were diagnosed with gallstones.They were divided into two groups using a numbered grouping method,with 45 cases in both groups,and odd and even numbered as the control group and observation group,respectively.All patients received laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The control group took routine nursing intervention,and the observation group took perioperative high-quality nursing intervention on this basis.After nursing intervention,compare the surgical related indicators(first exhaust time,time to get out of bed activity,and hospital stay)between the two groups of patients.Compare the incidence of perioperative complications between two groups of patients.Compare nursing satisfaction.Result There was a significant difference in surgical related indicators between the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observer was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for elderly patients with gallstones during the perioperative period has an ideal effect,which helps to promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,provide guarantees for patients'health recovery,improve patient nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
