探讨路径化护理服务对健康管理中心体检效果及满意度的影响

Discuss the Influence of the Pathway Care Service on the Physical Examination Effect and Satisfaction of the Health Management Center

目的研究分析路径化护理服务对健康管理中心体检效果及满意度的影响。方法研究对象共选取了2021年6月至2022年5月健康管理中心收治的体检者200例,这些体检者接受随机分组后在体检期间分别配合路径化护理服务(研究组)和常规护理服务(对照组),对比两组体检者的体检效果和满意度情况。结果相较于对照组,研究组体检者的体检效率、满意度和体检质量评分指标均明显更好,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对健康管理中心的体检者实施路径化护理服务可以保证体检顺利、高质量完成,保证体检者对体检服务更加满意。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of pathway nursing service on the physical examination effect and satisfaction of health management center.Methods A total of 200 patients were admitted to the health management center from June 2021 to May 2022 from the study subjects.After receiving randomization,they cooperated with pathway care service(study group)and routine care service(control group)during the physical examination,and compared the physical examination effect and satisfaction of the two groups of subjects.Results Compared with the control group,the efficiency,satisfaction and quality scores of the study group were significantly better,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of routing nursing service for the physical examination personnel in the health management center can ensure the smooth and high-quality completion,and ensure that the physical examination personnel is more satisfied with the physical examination service.
