Construction and Application of Enterprise Patient Master Index System in Pediatric Hospital

目的:基于医院大数据集成平台,研究改进患者主索引的建设,解决院内数据互联互通问题。方法:结合儿科患者尤其新生儿的特点,分析数据标准、核心算法,研究合并机制,优化算法,建立患者主索引服务。结果:以南京医科大学附属儿童医院为例,实现同一患者多卡智能匹配,建立患者的全局唯一标识符,患者主索引系统上线以来,合并数据90.3万余条,应用效果良好。结论:患者主索引系统的改进和应用效果良好,为大数据平台的建立和区域共享电子健康档案提供支撑基础。

Objective:Based on the hospital Big data integration platform,research and improve the construction of enterprise master patient index,and solve the problem of data interconnection in the hospital.Methods:According to the characteristics of pediatric patients,especially newborns,we analyzed the data standards and core algorithms,studied the merging mechanism,optimized the algorithms,and established the patient master Indexing Service.Results:Taking the Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as an example,the intelligent matching of multiple card numbers of the same patient was realized,and the global patient identifier of the patient was established.Since the EMPI system was launched,more than 903000 pieces of data have been consolidated,and the application effect is good.Conclusion:The improvement and application effect of the patient master index system is good,which provides a supporting foundation for the establishment of the Big data platform and regional sharing of electronic health records.
