颌骨骨折患者住院费用影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Hospitalization Expenses of Maxillofacial Fracture Patients

目的:探讨颌骨骨折患者住院费用构成及影响因素。方法:选取重庆市某三级甲等口腔专科医院2012年1月至2022年12月的颌骨骨折患者住院费用数据。描述患者基本信息及住院费用构成及分布。通过Kruskal-Wallis检验及Logistic回归对颌骨骨折患者住院费用影响因素进行单因素分析和多因素分析。结果:颌骨骨折患者住院费用的均数与中位数分别为:15075.45元和13456.17元。费用构成中,其他费用(35.47%)占比最高,其次为手术治疗费用(21.90%)与药物费(15.83%)。影响颌骨骨折住院费用的因素有:是否手术、入院途径、住院天数、离院方式。结论:是否手术对颌骨骨折住院费用影响最大,科学调控手术材料费、操作费、药物费等可降低住院费用,减轻患者经济负担,提高医疗服务质量与医疗资源利用率。

Objectives:To explore the composition and influencing factors of inpatient costs of patients with maxillofacial fractures.Methods:The inpatient cost data of patients with maxillofacial fracture from a certain Stomatological Hospital in Chongqingwere selected from January 2012 to December 2022.The basic information of patients and the composition and distribution of hospitalization costs were described.The factors influencing the hospitalization cost of patients with maxillofacial fractures were analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test and logistic regression for single-factor analysis and multi-factor analysis.Results:The mean and median inpatient costs of maxillofacial fracture patients were 14,118.33 yuan and 13,456.17 yuan,respectively.The highest percentage of cost components was other costs(35.47%),followed by surgical treatment costs(21.90%)and medication costs(15.83%).The factors affecting the cost of maxillofacial fracture hospitalization were:whether to operate,route of admission,number of days in the hospital,and mode of discharge.Conclusion:Whether or not to operate has the greatest impact on the hospitalization cost of maxillofacial fractures,and scientific regulation of surgical material costs,operation costs,and drug costs can reduce hospitalization costs,reduce patients’financial burden,and improve the quality of medical services and utilization of medical resources.
