摘要
为从根本上解决传统对煤泥直接浮选获得精煤工艺存在的精煤产率低、灰分比高的问题,在对水力旋流器工作原理简单概述的基础上,对不同直径旋流器的预先抛尾试验得出,采用Φ150 mm直径的水力旋流器可获得最佳效果;对不同浓度下底流分选效果进行对比,确定将给料质量分数确定为10%。
In order to fundamentally solve the problems of low coal yield and high ash ratio in the traditional direct flotation process of coal slurry to obtain coal concentrate,based on a brief overview of the working principle of hydrocyclone,the best results can be obtained by using@150 mm diameter hydrocyclone for pre-flotation tests.The feed quality fraction was determined to be 10%.
