摘要
针对采煤机对厚煤层开采时受到地面起伏及煤岩变化的影响,存在着偏移及冲击造成危险工况的问题,设计了采煤机位姿浮动调整机构,采用模糊PID控制对机构进行电液控制,并应用MATLAB软件对模糊PID控制的效果进行仿真分析。结果表明,采用模糊PID控制方式可提高系统的响应速度及控制精度,减小系统的超调量,提高采煤机的适应性。
Aiming at the problem that the coal mining machine is affected by the ground undulation and coal rock changes when mining thick coal seams,there are dangerous working conditions caused by offset and impact,the coal mining machine position floating adjustment mechanism is designed and the mechanism is electro-hydraulically controlled by fuzzy PID control,and the effect of fuzzy PID control is simulated and analyzed by applying MATLAB software.The results show that the use of fuzzy PID control can improve the response speed and control accuracy of the system,reduce the overshoot of the system and improve the adaptability of the coal mining machine.
